Job Overview

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the success of the company's marketing efforts. This role involves implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote products or services, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. The Marketing Executive collaborates with various teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective communication, and the achievement of marketing goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. As a Marketing executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads and listings through Associate partner network.
2. Calling to find prospective leads for properties
3. Calling to find suitable inventory for clients
4. Scheduling the inspections and taking follow ups/ feedbacks
5. Negotiating offers between owners and clients and getting the deals closed
6. Coordinating with team to provide feedback from clients about the service requirements
7. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients
8. Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and tailor campaigns to target audiences.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
10. Be aware of the company's online presence, including website content, newsletter, and social media accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any field

Work Experience- 0-5 years

Certifications relevant to the position acceptable.
