Role: Associate Customer Experience Manager
Location: Manipal,Karnataka
Package: 3 LPA to 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee services such as housekeeping, food, repair and maintenance, WiFi, laundry, and hostel management.
- Manage at least 4-5 properties or hostels.
- Team Handling:
- Lead a team of caretakers, wardens, and blue-collar staff.
- Motivate and focus the team, managing 1-2 wardens and 15-20 BCS.
- Ensure discipline and accurate maintenance of all registers and sheets.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4+ out of 5 across all services.
- Process Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with central (internal and external) processes.
- Training and Development:
- Foster the professional and personal growth of the team through training and development initiatives.
- Escalation Handling:
- Manage escalations related to daily operations effectively.
