Your role in detail :
Property Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. Ensure adherence to operational standards and protocols. Implement strategies to optimize property efficiency and performance.
Customer Handling:
Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively. Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Strive to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Guest Escalation Management:
Handle guest escalations with professionalism and empathy. Investigate issues thoroughly and provide satisfactory resolutions. Communicate effectively with guests to manage expectations.
Team Management:
Lead and guide a team of employees to ensure smooth operations. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordination with Departments:
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Liaise with front office personnel to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any property-related issues promptly.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Prepare reports on property performance, guest feedback, and operational efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
