Since 2010 we have catered to different clients and across different nationalities. Being in the hospitality industry, we are looking for people who would join our team and add value to our already existing services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. As a Property Manager at Vasudha Abodes Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our properties. Your tasks will include property maintenance, tenant management, rent collection, lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also handle any tenant inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive relationships
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration) is preferred
