Job Title: Property Manager- Company: FlxHo Technologies LLP
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager with a background in hospitality management, ideally from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties effectively. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance.
Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and property laws.- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections and address tenant feedback.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor and manage rent collections, ensuring timely payments.- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records.
Supervise and support property staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative staff.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure staff adhere to company standards and policies.
Manage staff schedules and workflow to optimize property operations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Diploma or degree from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) preferred.
Proven experience in property management, preferably with a focus on hospitality or luxury properties.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position may require working weekends and evenings to address tenant issues and property emergencies.- The role involves occasional travel to different property locations as needed.

Pay: 17,- 00 - 25,000.00 per month
