About Role
The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects of Tier 1 developers. This involves clients management i.e he/she need to get in touch with the clients which company provides and suggest the properties which suits their requirement.
Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.
- Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects
- Using leads generated by the Marketing Team for the above as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers.
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer for any clarification required for the same
- To be compliant with processes set for the sales function
- Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Pin Click at all touch-points
- Providing after sales services to the customers
6 days working
Saturday Sunday working, week off will be on Monday or Tuesday
