- Handle outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide accurate information about real estate properties and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions. - Schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with sales representatives.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 1year in telecalling or customer service.
- Skills: - Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
