Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development:Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn Odoo project management, development, and customization
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Project Support:Assist in various aspects of Odoo projects, including project planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation related to project activities, including project plans, requirements, and development documentation
- Record and organize project-related information
- Issue Tracking:Learn how to track and manage project issues, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
- Work with senior team members to resolve project-related challenges
- Testing and Quality Assurance:Participate in the testing and quality assurance phases of Odoo projects to identify and address issues and ensure project functionality and performance
- Problem Solving:Develop problem-solving skills by assisting in troubleshooting and resolving project-related technical and functional issues
- Communication:Interact with project stakeholders, including clients, to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Continuous Learning:Stay updated on Odoo platform updates, best practices, and industry trends through self-study and training programs
