As a Project Supervisor at Tulio, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects that involve installation of Made-To-Measure Curtains & Roman Blinds. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial site visits to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Conduct thorough site assessments to understand project requirements and challenges.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen and technicians to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Qualifications:
- Vocational Training: Completion of a relevant vocational training program in interior design or project management.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction techniques.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites within Hyderabad and Delhi.
