Position Summary:
The Project Sourcing Manager (5+ years) is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing project opportunities for Commandtech Cad & IT Pvt Ltd. This role involves sourcing new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring that project requirements align with the company's capabilities and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of CAD and BIM services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Project Sourcing:
Source and secure projects that align with the company's expertise in BIM and CAD services.
Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop sourcing strategies.
Align sourcing activities with the company's business objectives.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to align resources and capabilities.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Performance Management:
Set and track performance metrics for sourcing activities
Prepare regular reports on project sourcing activities and outcomes.
Continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.
