FOR OUR MNC CLIENT, We are looking for an experienced sales professional with excellent track record in projects sales in Construction & Building material Industry. Individual has to increase market share by creating demands of products and increase sales in the assigned territory.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish relationships with key influencers such as Builders, Contractors, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Developers, MEP/PHE consultants and all other relevant stakeholders.
- Generate a strong and sustainable project funnel to secure both short as well as long term goals of the Organization.
- Manage and maintain close relationship with channel partners who are buying, exhibiting, selling, and servicing company products, in accordance with corporate and regional sales goals, programs and policies.
- Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned territory based on regional sales trends, sales potentials, competition and economic/business conditions and distributors purchase/sales penetration performance.
- Achieve Sales & Collection Targets as assigned. To develop and expand the business in building segments in assigned/ territory.
- Increase product demand and brand preference. Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy & growth.
- Provide insights regarding new product opportunities, marketplace trends, untapped sales potentials, and competition feedback.
