Designation: Project Sales Manager Location: Malad East, Mumbai Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. Roles and Responsibilities:
Find new and under construction sites
Research about renowned builders in the market
Build a data base and schedule a meeting with them Showcase our products (High end sensor taps, dispensers, automatic toilet seat cover, sanitary vending pad machine and other advanced hygiene essentials)
Demonstrate our products and its benefits
Follow-ups and share proposals for the same
Communicate with the in-house procurement team or production team for customized requirements
Grow revenue in their assigned territory
Grow sales depth within their allocated territory
Create awareness in their designated geographies
Find new projects and constantly grow the business
Monitor project sales data and keep up to date with current market trends Ensure availability of stocks across all sites Ensure that the builders or agents focus more product on demand and fast selling products
Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory Desired Candidate Profile:
Work experience as a Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive in the hygiene industry
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
Decent knowledge about Excel and Power Poin
