Job description

Lead & strategize sales team to attract & retain customers.

Review & set sales targets, achieve goals.

Manage Key Accounts, Oversee BD activities, travel as needed.

Ensure tech knowledge in the Industrial paints & Protective coatings market. Connect with agencies.

Required Candidate profile

Relevant experience in Protective Coatings & Industrial paints.

Good Connect with Consultants, EPC contractors, Govt Approving agencies & Designers for approval, vendor registration, Product approvals.
