Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor at Lorven Ventures in Bengaluru East. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ preparation, Contracts preparation and management, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in construction project quantity surveying
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Contracts preparation, finalization and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Salary Budget: As Per Industry Standards ( Depends on Experience & Skill Set Levels )
