- Assists with the collection of regional headcount data/metrics required on a monthly basis.
- Assists with the monthly administration of our metrics-based field service rewards program - SQDC Rewards.
- Assists with the creation of dashboards required to help monitor field service metrics.
- Development and documentation of formal business requirements, primarily at the program level.
- Ability to successfully manage projects from initiation to closure.
- Lead meetings and conduct information-gathering sessions with field leadership and other internal resources.
- Create detailed project plans that include timelines, required resources, and dependencies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations.
- Building and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, including direct team members, and regional field leadership teams.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project updates and risk assessments.
- Regularly communicate with management to discuss specific priorities, constraints, and deadlines.
