3) Experience 2-3 years in relevant field.
4) Qualification Master in agriculture/ Master in social work.
5) Location Hanumangarh. Rajasthan.
6) Responsibility
Support PU coordinators with gender targets and activities.
Design and conduct gender empowerment training for teams and farmers.
Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate with other departments.
Discuss innovative gender interventions with PU coordinators.
Maintain training data, write reports, and document case stories.
Develop MIS systems and manage project financial resources.
Create and distribute a booklet on government policies and women's schemes
