- Overall supervision and handling of Accounts and Finance for programs including statutory Audit, Balance Sheet and other day to day operations related to Finance and Accounts.
- To undertake the financial analysis of overall project(s) and the respective stakeholders from time to time towards optimum and rightful utilization of GIA.
- Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including management, board members and auditors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and reporting, implementing best practices and efficiencies.
- Prepare/review/analyze financial statements, reports and budgets, providing insights and recommendations from time to time.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to financial policies and guidelines.
- Oversee financial audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement internal controls.
- Create financial plans, strategies, and forecasts to support Project objectives and financial sustainability.
- Identify financial risks, assess their impact and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Manage financial planning and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely collection and filing of Utilization Certificates to competent authorities.
- Undertake and Manage the Queries/feedback as received from Financial Divisions towards appropriate closure and implementation as required.
- Implement and maintain financial software systems/incorporate such financial elements in Management Information System (MIS) as required to support financial operations and reporting.
