- Expertise and experience on agile project management
- Knowledge of product management proceed
- Strong telecom customer's project experience (must).
- Ability and proven record of managing team and delivering the product capabilities in predefined time within predefined budget constraints
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software project management
- Project P&L management capabilities
- Back log management
- Defining system functionality and writing code in .Net Framework
- Strong understanding of CI-CD, DevOps and SRE process.
- In depth knowledge of DevOps tools
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in agile project management.
- Detail knowledge of defect tracking, automated testing, deployment pipeline, code security, venerability management tools ...
- Strong customer handling and reporting tools.
- Strong CR management skills.
- Ability to do conflict management without impacting associated parties
- Smooth handling of escalation, escalation management.
- Ability to work unstructured environments and to convert in to structured and process-oriented environments.
