Graduate civil engineer preferably postgraduate in Engineering with Highway/Road/flyover construction experience for at least five years at the capacity of Project Manager/Engineers representative with total professional experience of 18-20 yrs.
Experience in urban road project will be advantageous.
Job Requirements
Project Manager
i) Overall responsible for the contact administration and Management of PMC contract between DLF and PB. Responsible for team mobilization and P&L
ii) Overall responsible for the project management, construction management, supervision and quality of works of Up-gradation of sector road
iii) Assist DLF as Employer's representative to monitor the completion work
iv) To ensure that high quality construction is achieved and to ensure that all works are carried out in full compliance with the engineering design, technical specifications and other contract documents within the stipulated time period and within the approved cost of the project.
v) To prepare and monitor program as per master program and advise client on any slippage and responsible for bringing to the notice of the DLF delay or backlog in any activities
vi) Review of Contractor programme and advise.
vii) Monitor Quality control and supervising the work during execution.
viii) Reporting to Client on day to day work.
ix) Contract Management and Claim certification with the assistance of Contract specialist.
x) Any other work assigned by the Employer relevant to the above scope.
