- Minimum 2 years experience handling / managing sustainability or new energy projects e.g. Green Hydrogen, CCUS, Bio-Fuel etc. or similar nature.
- In-depth knowledge on various phases of projects, covering concept FEED Detail Design.
- Overall energy industry exposure.
- Handling / developing team more than 20 engineers.
- Leading projects of large size as PM / PEM or Discipline lead.
- Should have good communication skills - verbal written so as to communicate with client and lead offices.
- Should have leadership qualities.
- Be able to mentor juniors.
- Good presentation skills.
Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
