Ensure delivery of project in line with the business plan and forecasts
Focus on quality, schedule, cost and HSE aspects of specific project
Maintaining compliance of local operations with relevant national legislation and regulations;
Identify and implement and innovative and unique strategies including focus on Digital solutions to support the delivery of the project
Decision maker for project based activities in collaboration with relevant peers and stakeholders.
Deliver project outcomes and financial metrics for the project including gross margin, chargeability, DSO, revenue forecast by regular monitoring of project performance with support from Functional Leaders / Department Manage
Drive lessons learnt workshops, sustainability, value creation in the project
Ensure right level and skills of resourcing to meet the project objectives
Deliver the project in line with the project KPIs on schedule, cost, HSE, Quality and Productivity
Drive Global initiatives within project delivery landscape with a high focus on Data centric delivery approaches
Lead the Project Team for fit for purpose deliveries meeting with project objectives
Digital Solution Implementations aligned to Project Goals and KPI
Resource Forecasting and Planning
