Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of highly energetic young engineers, in terms of Quality, Delivery and Performance Management

Effective people management skills right from Hiring to Performance, Competency and retention

Responsible to manage the projects effectively, with Productivity, Continuous Improvement initiatives

Working closely with SMEs and Technical Managers to deliver value to customers

Managing the customer engagement, meeting rhythms, and relationship

Compliance to Company policies and setting a good example to rest of the team

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, i.e Oil & Gas Industry with 10 to 12 years of working experience

Excellent domain knowledge in Upstream operations (Reservoir Engineering, Wells, Geoscience etc.)

Highly organized & must pay attention to details

Must be able to coordinate the schedules and project details with all the involved stake-holders

A strong leader with very good people management skills

Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Working in the Oil & Gas industry

Excellent communication & presentation skills, with a strong capability in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts

Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
