Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall Project and Delivery Management:
o Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within
defined timelines and budget.
o Ensure adherence to project management practices and standards.
2. Client Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
and ensuring satisfaction.
o Present key topics and issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Scope Management:
o Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, deliverables, and
timelines.
o Manage scope changes through proper change request mechanisms to secure
additional revenue for out-of-scope work.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth
execution of outsourced activities.
o Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
5. Financial Management:
o Ensure accurate and timely billing to prevent revenue leakages.
o Maintain basic commercial acumen to support financial decision-making.
6. Documentation and Process Improvement:
o Ensure all project documentation is properly stored and maintained in a central
location (e.g., SharePoint).
o Follow established processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency
and effectiveness.
7. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong client relationships at both operational and strategic
levels.
o Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and support sales
efforts.
8. Team Development:
o Promote team development and optimize resource utilization.
o Ensure proper documentation of learnings, process implementation, and
project kick-off preparation.
9. Flexibility and Adaptability:
o Work across multiple domains and demonstrate flexibility in domestic and
international travel as required.
Skills Required:
Strong execution and ownership mindset.
Must have experience in PI Project Management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in presentation skills for clear articulation of key topics.
Techno-functional skills and ability.
Good technical understanding of software architecture and design.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC cycles and Agile methodologies.
Basic commercial acumen.
Ability to multitask and work as a team player.
