We have immediate opportunity for Project Manager - Tranzaxis (Compass Plus)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in managing projects related to the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure, effectively managing multiple client projects concurrently while ensuring they stay on track with timelines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Scope: The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts to deliver successful outcomes for our clients while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure project objectives are met.
• Execute project plans with a focus on delivering quality results within defined scope and budget.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication between business, technical, and client-facing teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment that supports effective problem-solving and decision-making.

Client Management:

• Manage client expectations and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering positive client relationships.
• Gather feedback and monitor client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Progress Monitoring and Issue Resolution:

• Monitor project progress against milestones, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and escalation points.

Milestone Delivery:

• Ensure timely delivery of key project milestones, including card scheme certifications and other critical deliverables.
• Review and approve project deliverables and documentation to maintain quality standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementations related to payment systems, financial services, or similar environments.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology or other card payment processing systems is highly desirable.

Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and team members.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
