As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with GBS organization and functional leadership to drive enterprise-wide change management and associated projects through scoping, design, validation, and implementation phases.
- Assisting internal consulting teams/affiliates on strategic consulting projects across various areas including research, drug development, regulatory, safety, quality, supply chain, and commercial marketing.
- Managing projects that support affiliate organizations across the pharma value chain.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to design solutions and work with stakeholders to finalize the approach, including leading workshops to address problems.
- Preparing project charters outlining objectives, approach, expected outcomes, team structure, and high-level project plans with key milestones.
- Creating stakeholder lists, conducting interviews, and preparing tools and templates for delivering project milestones, as well as building relevant presentations and arranging field visits.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant area with significant business experience in Project Management or Project Consulting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with pharma/life sciences clients on business consulting projects, including proven project management experience from top-tier consultancies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent proficiency with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project-related resource planning and reporting.
- High flexibility and the ability to manage additional workloads as necessary.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
