Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Technical Testing, Azure, and .Net projects, along with hands-on experience in DevOps implementation, SRE, and IT transformations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities while ensuring successful delivery of high-quality testing projects. This role requires technical expertise in Automation Testing and the ability to drive QA to QE transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full testing lifecycle, including Risk-Based Testing, Exploratory Testing, and Shift Left methodologies.
- Lead Selenium automation with C# and .Net for continuous integration and testing.
- Provide guidance and support on API Testing, SQL DB Testing, and ETL processes.
- Manage project reporting, MIS updates, and data governance.
- Drive DevOps implementation, including automation, continuous testing, and integration pipelines.
- Implement Zero QA and QA to QE transformation strategies across teams.
- Lead in-sprint automation and AI augmentation in testing.
- Manage and mentor testing teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Handle Defect Management using JIRA, ServiceNow, and other related tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Extensive experience in Selenium automation with C# and .Net.
- Hands-on expertise in API Testing, SQL, and ETL.
- Familiarity with Risk-Based Testing, Zero QA, and Shift Left Testing approaches.
- Proficient in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI in testing.
- Excellent Project Management skills with experience in PMO activities, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Insurance domain knowledge (Life & Annuity) is preferred.
- LOMA certification is a plus.
Certifications:
- Experience with IPG, CMMi, Agile methodologies, and related Testing/PMO tools.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and the ability to inspire performance and lead teams.
Qualification:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- 14-18 years of overall experience in software development and transformation.
