Job Title: Project Manager (Test Automation)

Client: Leading start-up in testing domain

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Overall 7+ years of experience desired with 2+ years of automation testing experience (must) Also, should have worked as a Project Manager for at least 2-4 years

Education: UG / PG in a relevant domain

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Job Description/Role & Responsibilities:

oPlan, monitor and control the testing activities

oRecognise test automation opportunities

oTranslate manual testing to automation testing

oParticipate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple

otesting efforts simultaneously

oAnalysis of manual tests, development, validation and integration of automated test cases

oMonitoring and maintaining the automated scripts

oBeing a team player while leading teamwork, and perfecting team culture

oEstimate effort, and cost, select the tools and identify training needs

oRespond to technical queries, document planning activities

oParticipate in multiple meetings with IT owners, business owners and product or team members

oSetting up test environments Managing people

Mandatory Skills:

oShould have managed one or more full projects from Planning to Delivery

oExcellent Programming skills

oExperience with automation test script development is a plus

oKnowledge of test framework, windows automation tools and other programming languages is a plus

oSDET experience is an added advantage

oShould have experience in leading Manual Testing and Test Automation teams

oGood experience in testing desktop or web Applications

oShould have extensive functional testing experience and non-functional testing experience

oHealthcare domain experience is an advantage

oStrong background in testing

oMust be proficient in both customer and team management

oA self-starter and go-getter attitude

oEffective in monitoring, controlling, and reporting
