Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Product Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the execution of large IT product implementations, including extensive integrations with other systems, product customization, and configuration. This role will also involve new product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), or other manufacturing product implementations.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of large-scale IT product implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Manage and oversee product customization and configuration to meet client-specific requirements.

Drive new product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct thorough system integration testing to guarantee compatibility and performance.

Provide expert-level technical support and guidance during the implementation phase and post-deployment.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones are met.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any issues or challenges during the implementation process.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.

Train and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in executing large IT product implementations with multiple integrations.

Strong background in product customization and configuration.

Experience with MES, IIoT, or other manufacturing product implementations is highly desirable.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
