JD:

  1. Leading the onboarding of customer infrastructure to the shared platform.
  2. Crafting and managing comprehensive timelines for efficient project implementation.
  3. Managing multiple projects concurrently in a shared resource model.
  4. Facilitating impactful standup calls with tool SMEs, documenting updates, and tracking Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
  5. Knowledge in SaaS-based ITIL tools: Servicenow, Genesys, Nexthink ScienceLogic, Chatbot, Nuvolex, Logmein, ELK etc.
