Candidate should be a Civil Engineer with minimum 8 years of experience in Highway / Structure / Bridge Construction. (Compulsory)
Should have sound knowledge in Construction of Flexible / Rigid Pavements
Work Experience: 8 Years + with BE or 12 Years + with Diploma
Candidate should have experience in Highway / Infrastructure Projects (Compulsory)
Project management and supervision skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and technical specialists
PMP Certification Preferred but not compulsory

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong knowledge and experience of civil & road engineering principles, methods, and deliverables for infrastructure projects
Should have good hands-on experience in construction of roads/ highways in Planning,Execution, Monitoring,Controlling,Progress and budgeting etc.
Monitoring the plan as per completion schedules and taking timely corrective actions as per requirement.
Quality control in accordance with method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans.
Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
Checking and verification of contractor's bills, Preparing and sending Daily progress reports.
Mobilization and monitoring required resources like Manpower, Equipment's, and Materials.
Holding full accountability for project budgets, quality reviews and reporting to Senior Management regarding the project matters on a regular basis on the progress of the project activities and updating project trackers.
Coordinating with other departments like Mechanical and HSE for construction progress.
Ensuring site execution in accordance with quality, safety & environmental standards.
Quality control in accordance with method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans.
Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day management of the construction project, monitoring and coordinating work performed by engineering and construction teams.
Conducting site visits, site meetings and periodical review meetings to understand and ensure work progress as per schedule and ability to resolve any related issues.
Ensuring that the daily, weekly records of the progress of the works are maintained by concerned staff and evaluating the progress on monthly basis against the planned program and budget.
