We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and execute various projects within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in project management.

- Excellent project implementation and execution skills
- Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
- Solid understanding of business processes and project planning
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
- Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
- Coach and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management
