Job Description
Project Planning & Management:
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects in the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely execution.
. Execution & Monitoring:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress using relevant project management tools and techniques, adjusting plans as needed.
