Job Description: Project Manager (STP) Sewage Treatment Plant

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant (MBBR, SBR & MBR technology) The candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, design, construction of the project, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will work closely with engineers, contractors and government agencies to deliver a successful project that meets environmental regulations and serves the community's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling,
Develop comprehensive project plans,
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure the project meets all technical specifications and requirements.
Managing Bills of completed work at all sites and recording MB with Government officials.
Maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
Budget Management
Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure all financial aspects of the project are handled efficiently and transparently.
Prepare regular budget reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, preferably in sewage treatment or water treatment plants.
Working Conditions
The position will require on-site at Punjab presence at the construction site with occasional office work.
May involve working in various weather conditions and exposure to construction-related hazards.
Travel may be required to meet with Government officials, Process the Bills or visit other project sites.
