Team Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of the Project Management Office and collaborate closely with the PMO team members, software developers, and project stakeholders.
This is a new PMO team, and as such, it offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to and participate in significant team changes.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaboration with teams across the business to understand their current process and to create a Best Practice model
- Liaise and collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization to implement a Best Practice model
- Creation and implementation of supporting Management Information (MI) templates
- Recommendations on appropriate software to support automation of MI
- Support Senior Management decision-making through provision of MI, such as tracking current progress of all in scope projects, risks, and resource allocation
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience creating Best Practice project management documentation
- Deep knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience combining data from various projects into a Program Level overview
- Experience automating the aggregation of current company-wide project statuses
- Flexible and open to change with the strategic mindset to help shape the future of this function/team
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and domains such as Technology, Business, and Senior Management teams
