Project Manager

This is a full-time role as a Project Manager at Sona Machinery Limited located in Ghaziabad. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is an on-site role located in Ghaziabad.

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• PMP certification is a plus
