Taking care of the project budget as well as the project cash flow cycle
liaison between engineering, SCM, Contracts, Vendors, and related parties for timely delivery of drawings, PO, materials and work completions
Manage and coordinate internal team functions for project development, Statutory Clearance, engineering activities, including legal, finance, operations, engineering, and technical services, regulatory and permitting, safety, asset management, risk management and business development
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Prepare and implementation of catchup plan based upon daily review with EPC regarding progress and deviation observed at site
Ensuring completion of project within budgeted Time, Cost, Quality and Customer satisfaction
Closely working with O&M, EHS&S and quality team for timely and smooth handing over of plant to O&M
Responsible for updating all project related progress to the management
