Required Skills Experience:
- Experience in handling mid or large scale implementations (end-to-end)
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in requirements gathering, documenting and getting it signed off from users and critical stakeholders
- Excellent in BRD, FRS, DFD, User Manuals, UML and other business analysis tools
- Excellent in preparing functional test cases along with QA Team and ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Well versed with configuration activities needed for system setup spanning master data creation and setup, user configuration, workflow management etc
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences and conduct impactful demos
- Knack for storytelling, prioritization understanding and obtaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to summarize and effectively present research findings, insights, and recommendations in the context of service delivery models and corresponding data
- Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
- Strong interest in systems thinking and ecosystem development for multifold impact
- Preferably good understanding of information technology applications in the public sector
