Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at SDA Designs. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, managing expediting and inspection processes, handling logistics management, and ensuring successful project completion. The Project Manager will also collaborate with the design team and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Lead and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Labour Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to optimize labor resources, maintain productivity, and resolve any staffing issues efficiently.

BOQ's (Bill of Quantities): Utilize your expertise in BOQ's to accurately estimate project costs, monitor expenses, and ensure budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and providing regular project updates to ensure client satisfaction.

AutoCAD: Basic Understanding in AutoCAD is essential for interpreting project drawings, collaborating with design teams, and implementing design changes as necessary.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience in the design and planning industry is a plus
