Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer requirements and project objectives.
Track project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to customer success and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the operations team to deliver quality output.
Verify the accuracy and functionality of deliverables prepared for the customers.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the customer success team and product team to ensure a unified alignment with project goals
Estimate and manage the project team resources effectively.
Build and engage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, managing their expectations.
Forecast, identify project risks, and propose resolutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, interior design, or related field.
At least 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the workplace design industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working with and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Hubspot / Airtable
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
