Job descriptionLooking for a retail interior fitout project management professional with 2-5 years of experience for managing fit-out works of retail outlets.
The position is based in Thane, Maharashtra
Should have prior experience of managing interior fit outs along with contractors / subcontractors, ability to understand interior detail drawings, make project programs, understand material cost, prepare BOQ, prepare bills & able to manage costs diligently.
Should be good in communication and able to coordinate smoothly between client, office and site teams.
Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office, ability to generate site reports and make presentations is a must.
