Qualification - Diploma in Engineering / B.tech
Job Responsibilities -
Project Management:
- Plan, initiate, and oversee the execution of engineering and maintenance-related projects.
- Prepare project scope, budgets, timelines, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including production, safety, procurement, and quality assurance) to ensure project success.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and oversee repairs and replacements.
- Optimize equipment availability, reliability, and performance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and quick response to breakdowns.
- Maintain records of equipment, facilities, maintenance activities, and inspections.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and consumables to ensure continuous availability.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance and project activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in safety meetings and reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead efforts to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity in both project execution and maintenance operations.
- Implement industry best practices, new technologies, and innovations to enhance operational performance.
