Responsibilities:
- Develops strategic real estate plans for all business areas and divisions to enhance the local division facilities for both current and prescribed future needs.
- Creates a real estate master plan with required investments and space requirements to meet the business strategies.
- Maximizes efficiencies through consolidation and sub-letting initiatives.
- Manages the financial performance of real estate for the business divisions.
- Manages assets in a cost-efficient and economical way to improve profitability, productivity, and flexibility.
- Establishes and regularly updates a detailed corporate real estate inventory of all firm owned, leased/rented sites, plots of land, offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, storage, parking, cafeteria, etc.
- Supervises all real estate investments in ABB owned or leased facilities and ensures such investments are submitted for formal approval and in line with our governance procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering or any equivalent degree with 10-15 years of experience in managing Real Estate for Construction projects.
Experience in Project Management for any Construction or Manufacturing project, well versed with Finance/System.
Experience in Communications & Public affairs/Portfolio Management/Sustainability.
Manages relationship with Stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
