Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex SaaS software projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution and delivery. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle for complex B2B SaaS software projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and sales to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and upper management.
- Manage risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and effective problem resolution.
- Implement best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years in Customer Relationship Management, demonstrating a track record of maintaining successful client relationships.
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Certification: PMP or an equivalent project management certification is essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing and navigating complex stakeholder relationships. This includes identifying key stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns, and effectively communicating project impacts and progress to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Delivery: Proven experience in the delivery of at least one major enterprise software project.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Projects, or ClickUp.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation capabilities, coupled with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Should Have:
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Presentation Proficiency: Advanced presentation skills with a natural aptitude for influencing stakeholders.
- Ability: Ability to handle complex projects and navigate through ambiguity.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
