We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the PEB industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong project management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Managing project resources and ensuring they are utilized effectively
• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Ensuring all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards
• Managing project documentation and ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate
• Leading and motivating project team members to achieve project objectives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3-8 years of experience in project management in the PEB industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
