Who are we looking for
Our client, a Life Insurance company, is seeking experienced Project Managers for their team. This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad, ideal for a consultant with a strong background in project management within the financial services sector.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, secure stakeholder buy-in, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Elicit, understand, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into system requirements with technical teams.
- Simplify complex business requirements for analysis, solution design, and issue resolution.
- Communicate the value, benefit, and risk of proposed solutions to stakeholders.
- Support large-scale programs and independently manage smaller projects.
- Ensure project completion within scope while aligning with the business vision.
- Drive transformation through innovative business technology strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation through direct interaction with business users, including interviews, observations, and workshops.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project planning skills, with the ability to adjust plans as required.
- Experience guiding teams and stakeholders without formal authority, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Ability to prioritize critical tasks and ensure progress in line with the project timeline.
- Expertise in conveying and receiving information through various channels, ensuring clear communication.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system changes and their broader impacts.
Location: This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad.
