Project Manager - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects in US and regional markets
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks
• Support sales teams in opportunity development and client presentations
• Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project success
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of IT consulting experience
• 6-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications, focusing on HCM Cloud
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Oracle Cloud experience before transitioning to project management
• Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery management
• Proficiency in budget management and risk mitigation
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
• Understanding of software development methodologies and full SDLC in Oracle Cloud
• Strong domain experience in HCM, including hands-on functional or techno-functional expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP track
• Experience with US-based or multinational clients
• Relevant Oracle certifications
