- Manage all aspects of Project Delivery.
- Take up complex projects and deliver it end to end.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines.
- Contribute to program/project review meetings.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, leading teams during the project phase and guiding team members.
- Enabling knowledge sharing among the team
- Hire/Train/Motivate/Mentor and allocate resources on new projects.
- Participation in project reviews and Internal as we'll as External audits.
- Contribution towards test automation practice by conducting training sessions, developing reusable assets, conducting interviews, RFP support, working on POCs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ Yrs exp in Managing Project Delivery.
- Experience in ERP Testing /EPR projects preferred.
- Exposure to Test Automation, developing QA strategies inclusive of people process and tools asn added advantake
- Experience in Managing Teams, WBS, Risk Analysis and Management, Estimations.
- Should have worked with USA Clients for minimum of 3 years.
- Working experience on any ERP eg Salesforce, Oracle, SAP etc
- Adapt with global Support & Service Delivery Model, proficient in handling multiple projects, global users, business/technology groups, managing escalations, SLAs and adhering organization s policies & standards.
- Monitor and Generate progress report of the project to all stakeholders.
- An effective leader with proven abilities in leading teams during the project phase and guiding team members and enabling knowledge sharing among the team and encouraging the team member to give their best.
- Ability to handle work pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good communication Skills
