Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage project scope, schedule, and quality
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer and stakeholder requirements
- Operations Management:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures
- Manage and allocate resources to ensure optimal utilization
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5years of experience in project management and operations
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
