The role entails the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. It includes maintaining banks effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures, identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
- Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance through adequate training programs.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects, ensure cost effectiveness
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
- Monitor key parameters on productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
