Position Project Manager: On-Site Hardware Installation

Quadrical Ai, a SaaS, B2B startup helps Renewable Companies (Solar, Storage, Wind) manage their plant asset portfolios while increasing generation from each plant. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team as an On-Site Hardware Installation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams at site level for hardware installation (data splitters, RTUs).
- Management of numerous stakeholders & vendors up to 15-20 people at multiple sites.
- Data validation from energy meters on site to Quadrical cloud.
- Data validation on Quadrical dashboard.
- Monitor solar PV performance.
- Validate performance issues found and validate automated tickets.
- Educate customers on maximizing product utility and promptly address inquiries.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the Quadrical team.
- Report engagement process to Customer teams from Site to senior management.
- Written communication on work done + plans at frequent intervals.
- Remote Operations Center activity management on day-to-day basis.
Must-Have Superpowers!
- Bachelor's degree Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience with EPC or O&Ms or SCADA installer compulsory
- Project Management experience
Not mandatory but it's a Plus if you also have Commercial real estate experience in electrical systems & Power procurement experience
